• - add sdkconfig for NO_SPIRAM and SPIRAM situation

  - detect snapcast configuration and init everything accordingly, e.g sample rate, chunk duration, ...
    o calculate apll predefines in dependence of sample rate
    o communicate these settings to interested parties
  - remove typos
